What to include

You do not need all of this. Each line makes the first reply more useful than a request for more information.

Your venue name, so we can find the right account.
What you were doing when it went wrong, in your own words.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
The date and roughly the time it happened.
A screenshot, if the screen showed something odd.
Phone or computer, and which browser or the app.

Something wrong with your pay or your hours? Talk to your manager first. Atlas records what your venue enters; your employer is the one who can correct it. We can help them find it, but we cannot change a timesheet on their behalf.

Your account and your data

To ask for your account to be closed, open Atlas on your phone and go to Me → Close my account. Your venue's admins are notified and process it. You can also email us and we will pass the request on.

What is removed and what your employer must keep is set out in the privacy policy.
